NZ Freestyle Nationals 2006

Riders traveled from all corners of NZ (as well as from overseas ) to attend the nationals at Raglan that unfortunately failed to deliver one of the more important ingredients - decent wind; however, all those who attended were not disappointed by the weekend that saw much partying, surfing, offshore wave riding and some really good time catching up with everyone. The weather pattern was very unusual so it was very bad luck. There was talk but no confirmation of maybe reholding it some time in November. A result was confirmed for the juniors, with the poor conditions acknowledged, that saw Torrin Bright 2nd and Mark Jacobs in first.http://www.hyundaikiteboarding.co.nz.
